Support

Every theme in my shop comes with support from the person who built it. I’m Roman, and I answer every request myself.

How to get help

Email me at hello@romanfink.com. I reply within a day, usually within 1–2 hours.

To help me solve it faster, please include:

• your order number, or the email you used at checkout;
• the theme name and version;
• a link to your site;
• what you expected and what happened instead, with screenshots if you can.

What support covers

Premium support comes with every PRO theme: 1 month with the 1 year plan, no time limit with the Lifetime plan. It covers:

• installing the theme and activating your license key;
• bugs in the theme and compatibility with current WordPress versions;
• questions about the theme’s patterns, templates, color styles and the Site Editor;
• help with updates.

Theme updates are separate from support: with the 1 year plan you get updates for a full year.

What support doesn’t cover

• design changes, new features or custom code;
• filling the site with your content;
• problems caused by other plugins or your hosting. I’ll tell you if the cause is outside the theme.

Before you write

• License activation guide (in English): installing the theme, activating the key, moving to a new site.
• Your downloads and license keys: My Account → Downloads and Licenses.
• How to reset a block theme: undo Site Editor changes to templates, header, footer and styles.

Common questions

I lost my license key.

It’s in My Account → Licenses and in your order email.

I’m moving to a new site.

Open Appearance → License on the old site, click Deactivate, then activate the key on the new site.

My 1 year plan has ended.

The theme keeps working. New versions stop arriving until you buy a new plan.

Can I use the theme on a client’s site?

Yes. All my themes are 100% GPL, so you can use them on as many sites as you like. The plan only sets how many sites get updates and support: 1 with the 1 year plan, unlimited with Lifetime.
